Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or people management role.

Strong expertise in Salesforce business process design and optimization.

Experience with Salesforce configuration tools

Validation Rules

Lightning App Builder

Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

Experience creating user stories, process maps, and functional documentation.

Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge and Experience Cloud.

Understanding of security configurations and access management within Salesforce.

Experience supporting KPI reporting and performance tracking initiatives.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Core Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce process redesign and optimization.

Lead the design and documentation of business processes and system workflows.

Collaborate with technical teams to configure Salesforce solutions.

Develop, review, and validate business requirements and user stories.

Support KPI reporting and project performance tracking.

Drive adoption and best practices for Salesforce Knowledge and Experience Cloud.

Ensure proper security and access configurations for internal and external users.

Partner with teams across GTM, Customer Care, IT, Finance, and other departments.

Deliver innovative solutions and proof-of-concepts that support business transformation and automation initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
