Ruby on Rails Developer

We are looking for a passionate developer to join our growing Ruby on Rails team. At least one year of experience is required in Ruby - or in similar technologies. Freshers are also welcome if you have written a lot of code before and can share Github link.

BetaCraft technologies is a remote-first company - so you will be working remotely with the rest of the team. The person must be self-motivated to get work done and also needs to be good in written communication.

Responsibilities

Write code that is maintainable, readable and follows good practices

Collaborate with team and client to understand requirements and implement those in code

Deploy, maintain and optimise Rails apps

Review and refactor code

Get better at writing good code

Ability to write clean good code

Ability to understand and visualize the business requirements from the client

Ability to communicate ideas in simple and easy terms with people around you
