Description Overall purpose: Close Syndicated Loans (New Issue and PAR trades) for the client in an efficient and with 100% accuracy and in prescribed timeliness in the LMA markets. Additional experience in the LMA markets will be an advantage. Own trades are assigned end to end. Liaise with counterparties and administrative agents on New Issue (Primary Trades) & Par (Secondary Trades). Manage amendments, non-pro-rata paydown, and other corporate action events.
