Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international chat support process within the BFSI/financial services sector.

The selected candidate will assist customers through chat, handle account and service-related queries, provide accurate information, and follow established process, quality, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international chat support.
• Assist customers with account, transaction, and service-related queries.
• Provide accurate and timely information according to defined processes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Manage multiple chat interactions while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in internal systems.
• Escalate queries to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BFSI process is mandatory.
• Candidates with relevant international BPO experience may be considered where the process requirements permit.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Willingness to work from the office in Sector 30, Gurugram.

Please note: Candidates who do not meet the mandatory graduation and relevant BFSI experience requirements may not be considered for this position.

Compensation \& Benefits

• ₹30,000 – ₹31,000 per month CTC, depending on experience and eligibility.
• 5 working days per week.
• Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Both-side cab facility, subject to applicable company and process guidelines.
• Process training and workplace support.
