French Voice Process – Blended Profile (French \& English)

Job Description: We are hiring candidates for a French Voice Process – Blended Profile. Candidates must have strong French and English communication skills and be comfortable working in a rotational-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice and other support channels.

• Communicate professionally with customers in French and English.

• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
• Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

*Minimum **6 months of BPO experience.

• *Valid C1 French language proficiency certificate is mandatory.

• * Strong communication skills in French and English.

• * Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

• * Immediate joiners only.

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA.
