Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Excel Specialist)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and analyzing data while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in systems and spreadsheets with high accuracy
• Use Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and error checking
• Create and manage Excel reports using formulas, functions, and pivot tables
• Maintain proper documentation of data processes
• Ensure data confidentiality and security
• Coordinate with team members to collect and verify data

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts)
• High typing speed with accuracy
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors
• Basic understanding of data management
• Good organizational and time management skills
