Rapid Store Operations Manager / Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Rapid Store Operations Manager / Assistant Manager with strong experience in Quick Commerce and Dark Store Operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, order fulfillment, inventory, delivery executives and last-mile delivery activities while ensuring operational SLAs and customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Dark Store / Rapid Store operations.
• Manage order fulfillment, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Manage Last-Mile Delivery Operations and delivery executives.
• Monitor delivery TAT, SLA, productivity and operational performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Manage manpower and allocate work according to operational requirements.
• Monitor store-level operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, customer service and other stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure smooth operations during high-volume periods.
• Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

• Quick Commerce experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Dark Store / Rapid Store Operations is mandatory.
• Exposure to Last-Mile Delivery Operations is mandatory.
• Experience managing Delivery Executives / Delivery Partners / Courier Boys.
• 5–10 years of relevant operational experience.
• Experience with WMS / OMS.
• Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Experience working in an SLA-driven logistics/e-commerce environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational MIS.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.
• Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR / Mumbai.

Candidate Profile

We are particularly looking for candidates who have hands-on Dark Store/Rapid Store experience within Quick Commerce, along with exposure to Last-Mile Operations and delivery team management.

Candidates with only traditional warehouse experience and no Quick Commerce/Dark Store exposure may not be suitable for this position.
