About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Influencer Marketing Interns to join our team in Gurugram.

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing and creator partnerships team to discover influencers, communicate with creators, coordinate campaigns, and support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

This is a hands-on internship for someone who is active on social media, understands influencer and creator culture, has good communication skills, and wants to build a career in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Brand Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Build and maintain influencer databases with creator details, audience information, engagement metrics, and contact details.
• Reach out to influencers through email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with influencers and maintain regular communication throughout campaigns.
• Coordinate with influencers from initial outreach and negotiation to content submission and posting.
• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns for various brands.
• Track influencer responses, deliverables, posting schedules, and campaign updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on time.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging creators, viral content, and relevant conversations.
• Evaluate influencer profiles based on audience quality, engagement, content relevance, and brand fit.
• Maintain campaign trackers, databases, and basic reports.
• Support the team with day-to-day influencer marketing and social media activities.

Requirements

• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with influencers and content creators.
• Good research and internet skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work from our Gurugram office.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in influencer marketing, social media, marketing, sales, talent management, or a related field will be an advantage.
