Role Summary

Grihscape is looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle incoming leads, understand client requirements, follow up consistently, schedule meetings, and help convert enquiries into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp, Instagram and referrals.
• Call and qualify prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements for architecture, interiors, PMC, renovation and turnkey execution.
• Explain Grihscape’s services and project process clearly.
• Schedule client meetings, consultations and site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with active and old leads.
• Update all lead information and follow-up status in CRM.
• Coordinate with the design and management team for proposals and client meetings.
• Share proposals, presentations and company profile with prospective clients.
• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
• Build long-term relationships with potential clients.
• Work towards monthly lead-conversion and revenue targets.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
