Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our Gurgaon location. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and provide timely resolutions.
• Understand customer concerns and assist with appropriate solutions.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

Requirements

• Graduate candidates only.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service/Customer Support/Voice Process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a day shift.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
