Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey at Helios by managing customer engagement, supporting sales teams, ensuring smooth after-sales service, and driving customer loyalty. This role requires a passion for premium retail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalized engagement and service.
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination effectively.
• Drive customer retention and repeat visits through proactive follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer data and purchase history in the CRM system.
• Support store sales through upselling, cross-selling, and premium customer handling.
• Strengthen brand loyalty by engaging customers for new launches and exclusive events
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests while meeting customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in customer relationship roles, preferably in Luxury Retail
• Passion for watches and luxury products.
• Experience handling high-net-worth or premium customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong understanding of customer loyalty and after-sales excellence.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
