About the Role

This is not a typical internship where you simply receive tasks and complete them.

You’ll work closely with the founder and get a firsthand view of how a growing business is built — from ideas and decisions to execution, problem-solving, and day-to-day operations.

You’ll be expected to think independently, figure things out, take ownership, and help turn ideas into action.

What You’ll Work On

• Work directly with the founder on business and operational priorities
• Research markets, companies, people, tools, and opportunities
• Turn ideas and discussions into actionable tasks and follow-ups
• Support execution across business development, operations, hiring, and projects
• Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and other business materials
• Coordinate with candidates, clients, partners, and other stakeholders when required
• Track priorities, follow-ups, and pending actions
• Identify problems, suggest solutions, and take initiative instead of waiting for instructions
• Assist with new experiments and projects as they come up

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Good research and problem-solving ability
• Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable using AI tools and modern productivity tools
• Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
