Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, purchase and sales entries.
• Prepare bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance and documentation.
• Manage vendor/customer accounts and follow up for outstanding payments.
• Assist in monthly closing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Verify bills, invoices, debit/credit notes and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper records of company financial documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and internal departments.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting transactions.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
