Sales Operations & Team Coordination Manager

Role

To monitor and coordinate the Pan-India Field Sales, Delhi Field Sales and Inside Sales teams and ensure daily follow-up, reporting and sales activities are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily follow-up with field sales, inside sales and branch teams.
• Track customer visits, calls, leads, samples, trials, quotations and orders.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales and target achievement.
• review Google Sheets
• Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct regular sales review calls and prepare action points.
• Coordinate between sales, accounts, dispatch and management.
• Highlight performance gaps and important issues to management.

Requirements

• Strong follow-up and team coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Experience handling a sales team or sales operations.
• B2B/industrial sales experience preferred.

Pay

₹14,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
