Digital Marketing Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead our marketing team and drive quality leads, student enrollments, and overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team.

Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email \& Social Media.

Monitor and optimize ROI, CPL, conversions, and lead quality.

Coordinate with content, design, video, web, admissions, and sales teams.

Assign tasks, track KPIs, and ensure timely project delivery.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1–3 years of Digital Marketing experience.

Minimum 1 year of team lead/management experience is mandatory.

EdTech experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics.

Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications are an added advantage.
