Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the eye hospital’s services, building

relationships with doctors, clinics, optical shops, and corporate clients, and generating patient

referrals in the assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to clinics, optical stores, hospitals, and healthcare providers.

• Build strong relationships with local doctors, optometrists, and healthcare professionals

for patient referrals.

• Promote the hospital’s eye care services, surgeries, and treatment programs.

• Identify opportunities to organize eye screening camps in corporates, schools, and

communities.

• Generate new leads and partnerships in the assigned territories.

• Follow up with potential patients and partners to convert leads into consultations or

surgeries.

• Maintain records of daily field visits, leads, and referral data.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of healthcare or hospital services
