Senior Accountant (CA Final Dropout)

We are looking for a Senior Accountant / CA (Final) dropout / Paid Assistant- one who has worked in CA Office with 5-6 years of post articleship experience to join our team at Areete Consultants LLP. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxes, Statutory Audit \& as well as familiarity with FEMA and ROC Compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to various aspects of accounting, taxation, and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct \& Indirect Taxes: Preparation, review, and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS etc.).
• Finalization of Books: Expert Knowledge of Accounting standards to finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
• Statutory Audit: Conducting statutory audits for various entities, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and compliance with statutory regulations.
• FEMA \& ROC Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations and timely filing with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
• Valuation: Expert knowledge of valuation of companies with different valuation methods
• Reporting: Assist in management reporting.
• Client Interaction \& Communication: Liaising with clients and regulatory bodies, providing guidance on complex tax and compliance matters.

Key Requirements

• Education: CA (final) dropout who has worked in CA Office with 5-6 years of post articleship work experience.
• Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Direct \& Indirect Taxes, Statutory Audits and Compliance knowledge
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws, accounting principles, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Location: Candidates must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate.
• Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work under pressure.

Pay

₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
