Job Description

• Search, identify and evaluate new Government Tenders/Bids on GEM and other portals.
• Coordinate with the Technical, Sales and Accounts teams for product specifications, pricing and tender requirements.
• Prepare and review Technical, General \& Financial Compliance Sheets, catalogues, annexures, affidavits, schedules and required tender formats.
• Handle tender submission, clarifications, pre-bid queries and presentations.
• Ensure all tender documents are properly checked, scanned, signed and uploaded on the GEM Portal within timelines.
• Manage GEM product listing and invoice uploading.
• Maintain and regularly update Tender Tracker, Customer Review (CRR) and tender-related records.
• Prepare dispatch documentation for CGMSCL, KMSCL and other government departments.
• Handle official emails, correspondence and timely responses related to tenders.
• Coordinate with Accounts for product insurance, invoices, scanning and documentation.
• Share new tender opportunities and important updates with the concerned teams.
• Take ownership of tender activities and ensure accuracy, compliance and timely submission.

Key Requirement

Strong knowledge of GEM Portal, Government Tenders, Tender Documentation, Compliance \& E-Tendering, with good coordination and communication skills.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
