We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales / Business Development professional with experience in Electrical Sales, Solution Sales, Industrial Sales, or IoT-based solutions to drive business growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and customer engagement.
• Generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and industrial customers.
• Support sales of electrical, automation, IoT, and solution-based offerings.

Qualification \& Skills

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in Electrical products, Industrial solutions, Automation, or IoT sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.

Preferred Background

Electrical manufacturing, automation, IoT solutions, EPC, or industrial solution companies.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
