Civil Foreman – Shuttering Specialist (Plywood Conventional)Company: Pari Infrastructure LimitedLocation: Delhi NCREmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 5–7 YearsSalary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per monthJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman – Shuttering Specialist with strong expertise in conventional plywood shuttering/formwork for residential and building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising shuttering activities at site and ensuring proper execution as per drawings, measurements, quality standards, and project schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage conventional plywood shuttering/formwork activities at site.Execute shuttering for columns, beams, slabs, staircases, walls, and foundations.Read and understand structural drawings and shuttering details.Ensure proper line, level, alignment, dimensions, and verticality of shuttering.Plan and control shuttering materials, manpower, and daily work activities.Check proper support, staging, props, bracing, and safety arrangements.Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams.Ensure proper shuttering oil application and prevention of concrete leakage.Inspect shuttering before concrete pouring and rectify defects.Supervise de-shuttering/stripping activities safely and systematically.Maintain productivity and minimize material wastage.Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.Required SkillsStrong hands-on knowledge of conventional plywood shuttering.Good knowledge of formwork techniques and construction practices.Ability to manage shuttering carpenters and helpers.Knowledge of structural drawings and site measurements.Strong manpower management and site coordination skills.Ability to work under project deadlines.EligibilityExperience: 5–7 years in civil construction, preferably residential/building projects.Candidates with strong plywood conventional shuttering experience will be preferred.Willingness to work at construction sites in Delhi NCR.
