Senior Sales Designer

Purpose: Support the Furniture Projects process by developing customer-focused design solutions and product recommendations that drive conversion while delivering the WITHIN luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess their needs, preferences, and design aspirations
• Create design solutions and product selections tailored to customer requirements
• Present WITHIN products and collections with compelling narratives that emphasize unique features
• Prepare quotes and proposals for furniture and accessory selections
• Support the senior sales team with design development for more complex projects
• Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure design intent is preserved
• Document customer preferences and feedback for future reference
• Assist with store merchandising and display updates
• Stay updated on product knowledge, material options, and design capabilities

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or related field
• Additional courses in sales or luxury customer experience preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in furniture design, interior retail, or related fields
• Experience in customer-facing design roles
• Background in luxury retail or premium design environments preferred

Pay

₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
