Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations and ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods from receiving through dispatch.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of effectively supervising a warehouse team while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Allocate work and effectively supervise warehouse staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and returns.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, Excel records, and ERP/WMS entries.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Purchase, Sales, and Accounts teams.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, housekeeping, safety, and discipline.
• Prepare regular operational and inventory reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Email.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or inventory management software will be an advantage.
• Strong team supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to independently manage routine warehouse operations.
• Disciplined, responsible, proactive, and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Industry Experience

FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, E-commerce, Retail, or Distribution.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on professional with strong warehouse management and team-handling capabilities, who can ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, timely dispatches, and smooth day-to-day warehouse functioning.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
