Job Description
We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and professional Front Office Cum Receptionist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception/front desk and welcome visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
- Coordinate with internal teams and visitors.
- Maintain visitor records and front-office documentation.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and basic administrative activities.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
- Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office/Reception/Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good personality, grooming, and professional appearance.
- Confident and courteous while interacting with clients and visitors.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and basic computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
