Role Description

The Customer Service Representative role at TraviYo is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the representative will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information about TraviYo’s products and services. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, guiding users through platform features, finding upselling opportunities, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases to appropriate internal teams. The representative will work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a consistent customer experience, follow up on pending requests, and contribute feedback to improve processes and service quality. Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and timely responses is essential to supporting customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong customer satisfaction and customer experience.
• Experience in customer support roles or as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a technology or travel-related environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and basic office software.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Noida, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Relevant education such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field; prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
