KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \& ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Sales Strategy Execution: Assist the Sales Manager in defining, executing, and monitoring quarterly sales plans, product focus initiatives, and strategic regional growth targets.

• Team Mentorship \& Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations of sales executives, conducting weekly performance reviews, field coaching, and deal-structuring support.

• Key Account Management: Directly manage portfolio of high-value client relationships, leading high-stakes contract negotiations, renewal strategies, and upsell pipelines.

• Pipeline Management \& Forecasting: Track revenue pipelines, forecast monthly sales trends using CRM telemetry, and ensure high data integrity across all opportunity stages.

• Market \& Competitor Analysis: Monitor market shifts, competitive pricing strategies, and customer needs to recommend adjustments to commercial tactics.

• Process \& Operations Optimization: Streamline sales workflows, lead distribution routines, and cross-department collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success.
