- Manage the Operations & Monitoring/Reporting teams.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and proper work allocation.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and deadlines.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure work accuracy is not compromised.
- Review MIS, reports, and daily operational performance.
- Identify gaps, errors, and delays and take corrective action.
- Coordinate between teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle escalations and drive process improvement. ### Ideal Candidate Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team & workflow management skills with good knowledge of MS Excel/MIS reporting.
