Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Follow up with customers through calls and maintain regular communication.
Generate leads and convert potential customers.
Achieve assigned calling and business targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and calling data.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing.
