HDPE / LDPE Blown Film Extrusion Machine Operator

e are looking for an experienced HDPE / LDPE Blown Film Extrusion Machine Operator to join our plastic packaging manufacturing unit in Kottayam District, Kerala . The candidate should have hands-on experience operating plastic blown film extrusion machines and should be comfortable independently handling the extrusion process, machine settings, production quality and basic troubleshooting. Candidates currently based outside Kottayam or Kerala are also welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Kottayam District, Kerala . Key ResponsibilitiesOperate HDPE and LDPE blown film extrusion machines independently. Set and adjust machine parameters according to the required film specifications. Handle different grades and combinations of HDPE, LDPE and related raw materials used for film production. Maintain required film thickness, width, quality and consistency during production. Monitor temperature, speed, air pressure, film bubble and other operating parameters. Carry out machine setup and adjustments during product or size changes. Minimise wastage and maintain efficient usage of raw materials. Identify common extrusion and film-quality problems and carry out basic troubleshooting. Check finished film rolls for quality and production specifications. Maintain proper production records where required. Follow machine safety, housekeeping and factory procedures. Coordinate with supervisors and other production staff to achieve daily production targets. Candidate Requirements Previous hands-on experience in HDPE / LDPE blown film extrusion is mandatory. Candidates with experience in plastic carry bag, packaging film or similar plastic manufacturing units will be preferred. Should understand extrusion machine operation and basic troubleshooting. Should be able to identify and correct common film-production issues. Should be comfortable working in a factory/manufacturing environment. Should be responsible, punctual and capable of independently handling the machine. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Must be willing to work from our factory in Kottayam District, Kerala .
