Construction / Site Supervisor

📍 Location: Mumbai / Pan India Project Sites 💼 Experience: 2 Years 🎓 Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate – Civil / Interior / Furniture preferred 🔹 Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site execution and installation activities. Coordinate manpower, contractors and installation teams. Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications. Supervise installation of modular Door, furniture, Shutter, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, partitions and interior works . Coordinate material receipt, movement and availability at site. Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity and site safety. Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, vendors and client representatives. Identify and report site issues, shortages and execution delays. Maintain daily progress reports and site records. Ensure proper housekeeping and timely completion of assigned work. Assist in snagging, rectification and final handover. 🔹 Candidate Profile ✅ 2 years of relevant site supervision experience ✅ Experience in modular furniture / interior fit-out / construction preferred ✅ Good knowledge of site execution and installation ✅ Ability to read basic drawings and measurements ✅ Good manpower and contractor coordination skills ✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills ✅ Willingness to travel to project sites 🔹 Key Skills Site Supervision | Modular Furniture Installation | Interior Fit-Out | Manpower Handling | Contractor Coordination | Drawing Reading | Quality Control | Site Execution
