Customer Support & Operations Executive – Zolenta Company: Zolenta – Beauty Services at Home Location: Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi Job Type: Full-time Preferred Candidate: Female candidate staying in Kidwai Nagar or nearby areas Job Role Zolenta is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Customer Support & Operations Executive to manage customer enquiries, bookings and day-to-day coordination. The person will be the main point of contact for customers who enquire about Zolenta's beauty-at-home services through phone, app, and WhatsApp. Key Responsibilities • Attend incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries • Explain Zolenta services, packages and offers to customers • Help customers select suitable services and complete bookings • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers when required • Coordinate bookings and timings with beauticians • Maintain basic records of bookings, payments and customer details • Coordinate beauty kits/products required for appointments • Keep track of basic stock and inform the team when replenishment is required • Handle basic customer queries or complaints politely • Support the Zolenta team in smooth daily operations Candidate Requirements • Good communication skills in Hindi • Comfortable speaking conversational English • Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphone apps and basic computer systems • Polite and confident while speaking with customers • Organised and able to manage multiple bookings/follow-ups • Responsible, punctual and willing to learn • Preferably staying in Kidwai Nagar or nearby South Delhi areas Education: 12th pass / Graduate Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply Experience in customer support, telecalling, salon reception, front desk, beauty industry, clinic reception or booking coordination will be an advantage, but is not compulsory. Working Style This is a customer-facing coordination role. Candidates should be comfortable talking to customers throughout the day and following up on enquiries and bookings.
