Job Type : Work From Home About Smart Preceptors: Smart Preceptors is a fast-growing EdTech platform dedicated to delivering high-quality learning experiences and mentorship. We are expanding our growth team and looking for a target-driven, high-energy Business Development Associate to own and drive our sales cycle. Role Overview: As a BDA, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from the first phone call to the final conversion. You are the face of the company for prospective students and parents, helping them understand our value proposition and guiding them to enroll in our programs. Key Responsibilities: Outbound & Inbound Calling: Connect with prospective leads via phone calls to understand their educational needs and learning goals. Scheduling & Conducting Demos: Book and run interactive online product demonstrations or academic counseling sessions for students and parents. End-to-End Conversion: Handle objections, present pricing plans, negotiate, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets. CRM Management: Maintain accurate details of user interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in the company CRM. Requirements: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. High resilience and a target-driven mindset. Prior experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, or tele-calling is a big plus (Freshers with strong communication are also welcome).
