Right Recruitments is hiring – Sales Manager (Health Insurance – Agency Channel) | Himatnagar, Gujarat | 1 Position Field sales experience from any sector is welcome – BFSI / Insurance sales candidates will get preference. What the job actually is: You will build and manage a team of insurance advisors (agents) for one of the top reputed Health Insurance companies. You recruit advisors, train them, and drive health insurance sales through your team in the field. Key responsibilities: • Recruit, onboard and activate insurance advisors in your area • Drive health insurance sales through your advisor team – meet monthly targets • Do joint field calls with advisors and help them close policies • Conduct regular meetings, training and motivation sessions • Track renewals and ensure good customer service What we are looking for: • Graduate and above (any stream) • Minimum 1 year field sales experience in any sector – BFSI / Insurance / Agency channel preferred • Good spoken Gujarati and Hindi • Own two-wheeler, ready for field work • Local Himatnagar / Sabarkantha candidates preferred Compensation: • CTC Rs 3 – 4 Lakh per annum + attractive incentives • Career growth with a reputed insurance brand No fee is charged at any stage of hiring.
