Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (MIS & FP&A)

We are looking for a Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) to join our finance team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on MIS reporting and FP&A support, and suits someone who is comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter. Freshers who have completed their articleship are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow summaries.

Support FP&A activities

budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management dashboards.

Analyse financial and operational data and highlight trends, risks and cost-saving opportunities.

Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations and schedules.

Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate reports, speed up analysis and improve accuracy.

Coordinate with business teams to collect data and present insights to management.

Requirements

Semi Qualified CA (CA Inter cleared, articleship completed).

0-1 year of post-articleship experience; freshers are welcome.

Good understanding of MIS preparation and FP&A concepts.

Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts); exposure to Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

Working knowledge of AI tools and a keen interest in applying them to finance work.

Good accounting fundamentals; familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books or any ERP is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
