Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic individuals to join our retail sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending the right products, and creating an outstanding in-store shopping experience. This role is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in premium retail.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Demonstrate product features and explain benefits confidently.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.

Assist customers with billing and checkout when required.

Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and new launches.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Eligibility

10+2 or Graduate (any discipline).

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales will have an added advantage.

₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
