Fleet Operations Executive
About the Role
CoTrav is looking for a Taxi Operations Executive – Vendor Sourcing & Deployment to manage end-to-end cab requirements for corporate clients.
The role involves identifying and coordinating with third-party cab vendors across locations, negotiating commercials, confirming vehicle availability, managing deployment, and ensuring smooth execution of bookings.
We are looking for someone who is resourceful, execution-focused, commercially aware, and capable of taking ownership of operational requirements until closure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end taxi operations from requirement receipt to successful cab deployment.
Source and onboard reliable cab vendors and fleet operators across multiple cities.
Coordinate directly with transport vendors, fleet owners, and drivers for availability and execution.
Negotiate vendor rates and commercial terms to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
Manage different booking types including
Local travel
Airport transfers
Outstation travel
Disposal bookings
Evaluate applicable charges such as tolls, parking, interstate taxes, driver allowances, extra kilometres, and extra hours.
Compare vendor options, rates, and availability using Excel and operational data.
Maintain updated vendor databases, rate cards, contact details, availability, and commercial information.
Ensure vehicle and driver details are confirmed within required timelines.
Track bookings until successful deployment and service completion.
Handle vendor, driver, vehicle, and availability-related issues or escalations.
Identify alternate solutions quickly in case of last-minute operational challenges.
Manage multiple live bookings and priorities simultaneously.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for booking updates, changes, and operational requirements.
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and operational trackers.
Support billing coordination by ensuring agreed rates, additional charges, and applicable commercial details are properly recorded.
Ensure proper shift handover of pending bookings, follow-ups, and operational issues.
Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Travel Operations teams for smooth service delivery.

Capable of taking ownership of requirements from sourcing through deployment
Comfortable with shift-based operations depending on business requirements
Experience Requirements
0–3 years of relevant experience in taxi operations, fleet operations, transport operations, vendor management, corporate mobility, logistics, or travel operations.
Prior exposure to third-party cab vendors or fleet operators will be preferred.
Experience in vendor sourcing, rate negotiation, cab deployment, or live operations will be an advantage.

Compensation
₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, (depending on relevant experience & skills)
