We’re looking for a Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the leadership team across My Value Travel (MVT) and Specialist.travel.

ABOUT MY VALUE TRAVEL

With 28 years of experience in the travel industry, My Value Travel (MVT) is an established Destination Management Company (DMC) and one of the prominent travel players operating across Mauritius and the Maldives.MVT brings deep destination expertise, strong industry relationships and extensive on-ground experience across these key travel markets.

ABOUT SPECIALIST.TRAVEL

Specialist.travel is a new-age TravelTech & EdTech platform being built by My Value Travel to empower travel professionals, tour operators, travel brands, resorts and destinations through learning, professional development and industry-focused experiences.As Specialist.travel moves towards its launch, it is being built at the intersection of Travel × Technology × Education, creating new ways for travel professionals and businesses to learn, engage and grow.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a multilayered, high-exposure Founder’s Office role where you will work across both MVT and Specialist.travel. Unlike a traditional role with a narrowly defined job description, this position will give you exposure to multiple functions and business challenges.

You could be researching a new market one day, contributing to a product discussion the next, working on a GTM initiative after that, and supporting an entirely new business project the following week.

The role is designed to give you exposure to the bigger picture of how a business operates.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Freshers are welcome! Candidates with 0–2 years of experience may also apply.We’re looking for someone who is: Curious, proactive and eager to learn

Comfortable working across multiple domains

Strong in research, analysis and problem-solving

Has an excellent command of English, both written and verbal

Able to communicate ideas clearly and professionally

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Interested in business, strategy, technology, startups and product development

Adaptable and comfortable working with ambiguity

Able to approach unfamiliar problems with a structured mindsetYou don’t need to be an expert in everything.What matters is your ability to learn quickly, think critically, communicate effectively and execute with ownership.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
