Bartender

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, juices, and other beverages as per standard recipes.

Understand guest preferences and provide appropriate beverage recommendations.

Ensure all drinks are prepared with proper measurements, presentation, and consistency.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and storage areas.

Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, ice, glassware, and bar supplies.

Follow proper procedures for receiving, storing, and handling alcoholic beverages.

Operate the POS/billing system accurately and process guest bills and payments..

Follow company policies regarding responsible service of alcohol and applicable legal requirements.

Maintain proper records of stock usage, wastage, and breakage when required.

Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar.

Ensure all bar equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.

Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.
