Job description
- Inspect shuttering, rebar reinforcement binding, line, level, and plumb before authorizing concrete pours.
- Monitor concrete pouring, slump checks, cube casting, compaction, and curing processes.
- Supervise finishing operations including brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and painting.
- Perform site quality checks.
- Closing of Issued Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for site defects and track corrective actions until closure with project team.
- Prepare daily quality inspection records.
