Salary - ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month + incentives.

Job Description -

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic, Noida. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities-

• Manage clinic operations, including staff management, scheduling, and patient flow
• Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting and revenue growth
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic
• Collaborate with dermatologists and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment

Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a management role in Skin or Aesthetic clinic.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of dermatology and skincare services.
