Store Executive

Job Summary

The Store Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of food, beverages, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and other restaurant consumables. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper storage practices, timely availability of materials, and compliance with food safety and inventory management standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, packaging materials, and non-food items.

Maintain accurate inventory records using manual registers or inventory management software.

Issue raw materials and supplies to kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and service departments against authorized requisitions.

Monitor expiry dates and remove damaged or expired stock promptly.

Maintain Goods Received Notes (GRNs), stock registers, issue registers, and inventory reports.

Coordinate with the Purchase Department regarding shortages and pending deliveries.

Work closely with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams to fulfill stock requirements.

Communicate stock discrepancies or quality issues to management promptly.

Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted restaurant operations.

Maintain proper documentation of all stock movements

Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Requirement -

• Store Keeper/Executive must have at least 1 to 4 years of Experience in Restaurant Store/Hotel store department
• Candidate must be graduate
• Must have Driving License
• Must have basic/ good knowledge of MS Excel
• Willing to travel
