Role & Responsibilities
Connect with leads and respond to customer enquiries
Follow up with prospective clients and encourage studio visits
Explain membership/services and assist customers in making decisions
Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets
Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Confident, well-presented and customer-oriented
- Strong convincing and sales abilities
- Target-driven approach with good follow-up skills
- Candidates from Fitness, Hospitality, Wellness, Retail, Salon/Spa, Healthcare, Education or Sales backgrounds preferred
