Human Resources Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.

Ensure candidates join within the required timelines.

Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Meet assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Requirements

6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.

Experience in volume hiring/BPO/tele-sales recruitment will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay

₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
