Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join a Non-Voice / Email Support process. The role involves handling customer queries through email, understanding customer concerns, and providing accurate and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and requests through email.

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.

Respond to emails professionally within the required turnaround time.

Understand and resolve customer issues as per process guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when required.

Maintain professional written communication and customer service standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduation is mandatory.

Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-Voice / Email Support is required.

Good written and verbal English communication skills.

English + any 1 regional language.

Good typing and email-writing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Candidates must be comfortable working on-site.
