General duty assistant

We are seeking a highly empathetic and proactive General Duty Assistant to support our elderly clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and daily well-being of our patients by providing hands-on personal care and basic medical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support with patient hygiene, feeding, mobility, and overall personal care.

Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Manage basic medical equipment and assist with patient transport safely.

Foster a supportive and dignified environment through excellent patient communication and dedicated companionship.

Collaborate seamlessly with doctors, primary caregivers, and family members to ensure a holistic care plan.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Some experience in patient care or similar healthcare assisting roles.

Empathetic, patient-centric approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
