Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and working professionals and convert leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls and counsel prospective students.

Explain courses, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.

Manage leads from enquiry to admission closure.

Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

Handle objections and effectively convert leads.

Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales/admission targets.
