Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related injuries.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, take detailed medical histories, and analyze patient conditions to provide accurate functional diagnoses.

Treatment Planning

Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the patient’s goals and physical needs.

Hands-on Therapy

Deliver therapeutic treatments, including manual therapy, soft tissue manipulation, and mobilization techniques.

Electrotherapy & Modalities

Utilize modern physiotherapy equipment (e.g., IFT, Ultrasound, TENS, Traction) as part of rehabilitation.

Exercise Prescription

Teach, guide, and supervise patients through targeted exercises to restore movement and strength.

Progress Tracking

Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes.

Patient Education

Educate patients and their families regarding injury prevention, home exercise programs, and ergonomic improvements.

Documentation

Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and documentation of all treatments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Degree

Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.

Licensure

Valid registration with the relevant state physiotherapy council.

Experience

Previous experience in a clinic setting is preferred.

Skills

Proficient in manual therapy techniques.

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation protocols.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
