Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential business clients for HR recruitment services.

Conduct cold calling, email marketing, and other outreach strategies to generate leads.

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote HR and recruitment solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.

Present and sell recruitment services to businesses across target regions.

Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to enhance service offerings.

Skills Required

Proven experience in B2B sales and selling services (preferably HR recruitment or consulting).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Understanding of recruitment processes and HR solutions is a plus.
