Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience

3+ years in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Tech-Savvy

Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing and conducting interviews via Teams, Zoom, or Skype.

Strong Communicator

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Industry Insight

Deep understanding of job requirements and assessments for IT and Non-IT roles.

Networking Pro

Proven ability to build and maintain a solid professional network.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a growing tech organization.

Additional language skills (e.g., German or Russian).

Previous experience in client communication.
