Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse to join our team and assist in providing top-notch patient care. The ideal candidate will work closely with our doctors and mental health professionals to ensure smooth treatment and recovery for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer patient care, including medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians.

• Assist in the management of patients with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and behavioral disorders

. - Monitor and document patients’ conditions and vital signs

. - Provide emotional support to patients and their families during their treatment

. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and aftercare.

• Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing.

• GNM / BSC -

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid certification.

• Experience: -

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in neuropsychiatry or mental health.

• Skills: -

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -

Strong understanding of neuropsychiatric nursing care.

• Ability to handle emotional and mental stress of patients.

• Knowledge of medication administration and safety

. Additional Requirements

• Must have a compassionate approach to patient care. -

Proficiency in both English and Punjabi is preferred. -

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
