Teleminds Infotech Kolkata Candidates for call Quality Analyst Role Responsibilities: Listen to the recorded calls Find errors from those calls Make Excel reports Share the report with the TL Requirements: Candidates must speak fluent English They should know the basic excel Should be flexible to work from 3pm-12am (Shift- Rotational ) ,home drop is available,6 am -3pm(pick up),8am -5pm(Travel allowance available) Salary: 15k -20k(negotiable for experience candidates) Candidates with B.A /B.SC/ B.COM/ BBA degree are eligible only.
